What is MAF?

Medicine-assisted facilitation combines the use of ketamine—a legal, well-studied medicine—with intentional somatic relational support. Ketamine can temporarily quiet habitual thought patterns and open access to expanded states of awareness, allowing new perspectives, emotional flexibility, and insight to emerge.

Medicine-Assisted Facilitation is a guided, heart-centered process that supports you as you explore your inner world during a medicine journey. It is not about directing your experience or fixing you. It is about creating a grounded, steady presence so you can safely meet yourself more honestly and fully.

Together, we build a strong foundation of trust and safety — a container where your nervous system can soften and your deeper truths can emerge. During a medicine session, parts of you may surface that were shaped by survival, protection, or past experiences. These adaptations once helped you cope. In this space, we gently bring awareness to them with curiosity and compassion.

This work invites a willingness — not perfection. A willingness to be honest. To be transparent. To be kind toward yourself. To stay open to what arises. To allow spontaneity. To commit to the personal reflection and integration that continues beyond the medicine experience.

This is NOT therapy.

You do not need to know how to heal.
You only need a willingness to explore.

Medicine-Assisted Facilitation supports you in listening more deeply to your own inner wisdom — trusting that there is an innate pathway toward healing and transformation already within you.

We are all of the” earthbody” and we are comprised of the elements of the earth. We can learn to collaborate with the earth to re-embody our collective traumas that have left us chronically disembodied from our direct knowing, intuitive wisdom, authentic kindness and communal ways of collaboration.

Integration

Integration sessions help make sense of what emerged and support the application of insights to daily life in grounded, sustainable ways.
